Location was near to shops and restaurants, Superior rooms were ok for what we needed, Bed comfy and cleaners did a good job!

To be improved

Cockroaches seen in many places.. Pool area was disgusting and uncleaned from day before. Sunbeds dirty and a fight for them in the mornings. Pool itself was also very unclean and minimal staff seen doing Maintenance. Kids Club was worst iv ever seen -i thought there would have been a lot more for children but was very little going on. Speaking to a lot of other guest who were staying and not happy with cleanliness - it seems Management has changed from last year and hotel is very different.

Location, friendliness of staff, pool bar menu, cleanliness, supermarket close by, apartment facilities were perfect

Pool open 10am - 6pm, playground not closed, apartment was above playground

Arrived late and the man behind the check in desk was not particularly welcoming. We paid over £300 and the kids beds were basic sofas that we had to turn into beds ourselves with thin towel sheets. The room had seen better days. The breakfast was poor quality and over priced. The bar prices were crazy expensive.

“Great for families with young children”
The best

Brilliant for young children. We had a 5 and 2 year old with us. Pools spotless, apartments and facilities all spotless. Staff were really professional and welcoming, animation team were fantastic with all the children and families. Sunbeds were never an issue if you weren't fussy. We didn't get up early any morning to put towels down and always managed to get two beds. 5 mins to the beach ⛱️ lovely area to wander around. About 10/15 mins walk to the main pedestrian area with bars & restaurants but enough places within 5 mins if you don't want to wander too far with kids.

To be improved

Pool bar was a bit expensive - Dublin prices. Not sure if that's standard in all hotels. Same with some restaurants & bars but then others were good value. Depends on what you're looking for.
