The best

An expensive and average 3 star hotel that claims to be 4. No internet in my room (301)and the receptionist just seems to find it okay and that I should go downstairs if I need a connection. How can you in this day and age not get this fixed after so many complaints here???Breakfast is one of the most basic I’ve ever seen, and my room was tiny, dark and miserable. I got a much better deal in Oviedo for the same price,

“Hotel in perfect location.”
The best

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the city centre. The reception staff are excellent, extremely efficient and very friendly. Because we need to sleep with an open window, we had to move rooms due to a problem with noise from the outside air conditioning units, and thankfully, that was arranged. Breakfast was very good with great choices to suit everyone. The staff at breakfast time were also amazing, as were the ladies who came to make up our room each day.

To be improved

For us personally I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room as the restaurant is only open for breakfast.

“Great stay at central location in the beautiful Oviedo - very stylish, spacious and clean rooms”
The best

We booked a room at Hotel Campoamor in Oviedo as the first stop of our road trip in Asturias. The hotel is situated in the center, close to the opera house and the very nice park. We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel, it was very spacious, stylishly decorated and very clean. We could park the car in the adjacent car parking, and were given a 20% voucher on the day tariff. Staff at the reception are very friendly, e.g. to register your license plate with local government so that you drive to the garage through the pedestrian area. Breakfast is served with sufficient fresh products.

Great location from old town to visit walking all attractions and even a park. The hotel has a public parking place at 2 minutes walking distance. Wifi inside the rooms is perfect. Breakfast is of good quality and variety with gluten and lactose free options

“Fabulous stay in a great hotel.”
The best

A privately owned hotel, and you could tell. The customer service was fabulous and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel was located literally just around the corner from the Centro Historico of Oviedo.
