“I fid NOT stay there; yet they charged me in full, despite explaining there are two town in Spain called Acebo.”

Nothing. Hotel CampusPHI would not cancel my reservation despite explaining that there are two towns in Spain named Acebo. I thought I was making reservations at the Acebo that the Camino de Santiago Frances route goes through but it was to this Hotel CampusPHI in another Acebo, Spain that is over 100 kilometers away. Their decision not to cancel but “steal” my money is unethical and wrong.

See previous message. Hotel CampusPHI is unethical and unreasonable. I highly recommend that no one go to this hotel.

Great NEW hotel! With a great location! Polite staff helped check in on the same day, even after the registration closed - special thanks for that!

To be improved

Check in advance whether the restaurant is open for dinner. It may be closed in the off-season.
