“Decent for a very short stay, but unlikely to return.”
The best

The staff were really really lovely and helpful- the AC in our room started leaking on our first evening and they came to fix it straight away and were super nice. They also sent us really good instructions and communication was very good. The room had a beautiful terrace and you can see all the mountains which was a very lovely view. It has parking which is located a short walk from the hotel (although this does cost extra). The room was quite nicely decorated and picturesque. The location was really really good - 2 mins walk from Soller’s main square.

To be improved

The shower would not turn cold which is hard when it is very hot outside. The bathroom had a really bad smell because it had no window so it could not be aired out and we really did not enjoy that experience/ using our toilet as it really created a terrible odour when we opened the door. We think the furniture was slightly outdated and the room was very small. The AC leaked quite a lot on our first night (but was fixed promptly). We think it was just a bit overpriced for the size of the room/ amenities offered. Fine for one night but would not stay longer.
