“We loved everything from.the refreshing plunge pool to the personal and dedicated services. The bed was super comfortable and fresh linens always lovely . The shower was very large with a rainfall overhead shower and a separate toilet and basin. The air conditioning unit excellent and overhead plantation fan a joy. The room was very large much larger than some we had stayed in. The room.has plentynof hanging space, safe, decent coffee maker and a stocked mini bar. The pool isn't the biggest but ample for us to use as a plunge pool after topping up our tans. Palms providing shae and very private considering location. The breakfast simple including scrambled eggs, cereals, juices,coffees,Jam honey Nutella, a variety of cheese and hams. A variety of teas also included. Nothing was too much for the lovely staff. · Cons: I cannot fault anything”

“Not worthy. A lot of marketing that does not reflect in real benefits.”

The best

On a cost versus benefit basis this hotel is NOT ok. Based in what I paid, I was expecting something much better: at a better neighborhood, bigger room, some room service available. But no. Sorry, this was not worthy at all. Terrible neighborhood, small room, no room service available.

Beautiful place set back from the city of Palma but only 15 minutes walk or 10 into Santa Catalina which is full of life , lovely restaurants and bars and boutiques

“City Break in Palma”

The best

Lovely hotel with an excellent team who were very helpful and happy. The first night, when we arrived, our host was waiting for us at 10.30 pm at the entrance, to welcome us. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace Good location for bars and restaurants. we would recommend Brutus and had an excellent meal there. There is a good local bus service to Palma. Number 47 takes 15 minutes to the centre and runs about every 20 minutes. We did walk a couple of times to the Cathedral area, which takes about 45 minutes

To be improved

Rooms on the 2nd floor have around 50 steps to climb to reach the accommodation. If you have any mobility issues. We found a one-person lift to the first and second floors on day two, which was very helpful after a busy day walking around Palma.

“Hidden gem”

The best

Beautiful little boutique hotel nestled in the hills of Palma. Rooms were clean, comfortable & stylish. Fully stocked mini fridge, tea & coffee maker although there was no milk. Pool area was a little hidden gem, sun doesn’t reach it because of the buildings & trees but still a lovely place to sit and relax. Rooftop terrace was so peaceful especially at night. Host was very welcoming, check in was easy and provided all the details we needed for our stay.
