The best

Not a big hotel, not crowded but lively. They don’t allow the booking of sun beds. Therefore everything is very relaxed, you can find au sheds and together at any time of the day, in the shade or in the sun. Food is varied and good. Staff are polite, friendly and accommodating. Fantastic reception staff and same with chamber maids and restaurant staff. Amazing people. Spacious rooms. Two streets away from beach, shops and restaurants. Domestic holiday makers mainly.

Cleanliness, excellent food lovely staff and great room.

To be improved

School parties very noisy screaming and shouting running riot in corridors at midnight and after. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. We love Chloe but alternative accommodation would be more suitable for these school parties that did not gel with general clientele of the hotel.

To be improved

The sand on the floor of the balcony of the bedroom. It was left over from the previous guests. There was sand also on top of one of the beds. Next time they should check it out more thoroughly. But the rest was pleasant.

“Not the standard I would expect from a '4 star' hotel”

Had to pay extra to use the gym which had no water or air conditioning. Live music until 11.30pm, very loud. No drinking water in room. No duvet, just a sheet. WiFi very poor.
