“Had a lovely stay at the hotel cafes and restaurants all close by very friendly staff and room was great with Aircon”

The property says only 1 star but I think it should be 3 stars lovely family friendly hotel in the heart of Albacete lovey room and the staff were very helpful definitely a recommendation

Although the Staff (like most of the town) didn’t speak English they were lovely genuine people running a good business. Loved our stay here … the town was not a tourist town but we loved it.

Unusual atrium. 24 hour reception. Happy to get me a barista coffee on my late arrival. Suggested street parking and where to find the meter. Friendly staff.

To be improved

Not much English spoken. Hard pillows. Advertise parking and then tell you it’s too small to use.
