Bed was comfortable and bathroom was modern

A bit old fashioned and needed a revamp pool area was dirty and needed the grass cutting and pool cleaning

We loved the gardens and the swimming pool. So relaxing in a wonderful location. The stuff were very friendly. The evening meal was delicious.

“A nice hotel with good history and a superb dinner.”

It’s a very nice, historic hotel. The room was very large and comfortable. The dinner was outstanding, and breakfast was very good.

To be improved

Like all older hotels, it can be a little noisy as the walls are thin and wooden doors are loud when they open and close. As I was one of just a few guests, this was not a problem during this stay.
