“Great location and best pool in Rota”

The best

I have stayed here many times over the last 30 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is ample parking in the garage, which is a great feature if you are there in the summer. The location is right in the middle of town and close to everything; the beach is a 5 minute walk. The 4 bed room we always get is very spacious and has a nice balcony overlooking the street and pool. The pool is the best in Rota and worth the price of the hotel room by itself.

To be improved

I love this hotel, but I've said this for years: Please do some updating. The hotel hasn't changed in 30 years, honestly. It would be great to just update the BEDS because they are very hard and uncomfortable. Also, a standup shower would be a welcome addition to the bathroom instead of the tub shower and curtain that sticks to you because the tub is pretty narrow. Some updated paint and decor wouldn't be too costly either.

“Very average”

The best

The locatiIt didn’t feel like good value for money. Andalusia in the summer is extremely hot, yet the room didn’t even include complimentary water – something you usually expect, at least a couple of bottles. The bathroom design was odd, and water would easily flood the floor. On top of that, the toiletries weren’t refilled during the stay. For paying over 100 euros, I expected much better.

To be improved

It didn't feel like value for money. Andalusia, so hot, summer, they didn't even offer water in the room - which usually you always get a couple of bottles. The bathroom design was weird that a lot of the water will just overflood, the soaps etc was not refilled. I expected better to have paid over 100 Euros!

“Nice hotel”

The best

We stayed here for one night. The hotel was in a nice area and had reasonable facilities. There is a restaurant onsite which is open for dinner. Plenty of places close by to go to for breakfast.
