Great location - moments from the town and beach, great facilities (main pool and kids pool), staff were wonderful (helpful and friendly), the food was great and everything was very clean

To be improved

The noise between bedrooms was atrocious. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people talking at normal levels it anyone in the corridors. Gym could do with a refresh and the kids club was just a room with some help yourself activities. Lots of drunk and lairy Brits there too. Nothing the hotel can do about that though!

“Love this hotel”

The best

We loved everything about this hotel, over and above for a 3* rating. Location is brilliant. Beds are comfortable, food is really good - plenty of selection every mealtime, you'd have to be really fussy or restricted not to find something you like, staff are all very pleasant

To be improved

Evening entertainment is not great, this is the only downside to the hotel but lots to do elsewhere

“Lunch/ dinner the food was good · Cons: It look more like a retirement house, pictures were amazing trough the app but when you get to the property… we stay in another hotel on our holidays for almost same price but it was 10x better”

“Everything was ok. · Cons: It is very family so not the best option to go with friends. On the last day, during breakfast, I picked up a piece of bread that turned out to be moldy. Fortunately, I noticed it before taking a bite. I took photos to report it later, as I was about to check out, but unfortunately, I received no support from either the hotel or Booking. That was disappointing.”
