No cattle in the room A.C is not working

The hotel seemed to only really cater for its Spanish guests of which there were many at the time. Did not always feel that comfortable/welcome. When I arrived to check in there was a huge coach load of Spanish guests of an older age. Had to wait a long time in a large queue to check in did not seem too well organised. Had to end up complaining and asking why many seemed to be getting checked in before me I wasn’t so happy with the response I got from one of the staff. However I did acknowledge that they were very busy and trying their best.

Food: we stayed on full board and have to say it was probably the worst food we have ever had in a Benidorm hotel over many years of visiting and staying in many different hotels. Lunch - poor and uninspiring choice of hot options, everything was Luke warm and virtually zero seasoning so most of it ended up in the bin unfortunately.... Evening meal - again poor and uninspiring choice of hot options, everything was Luke warm and virtually zero seasoning so most of it ended up in the bin unfortunately.... Asked for butter for my bread and was told it's only available on a morning with breakfast Breakfast - slightly better than the lunch and the evening meal but yet again Luke warm, toaster takes about 5 minutes to brown the bread and you have to pass it through 6+ times to get any colour on it at all, orange juice tastes like it has 6 spoons of sugar in it, coffee was awful - fresh fried eggs and scrambled eggs were ok but cold by the time you got back to your table... General comment on food - the plates you are supplied with are cold so your Luke warm food from the buffet also turns cold very quickly and this makes it even less edible! The top floor adults only pool area only has 2 umbrellas and limited sunbeds in the shade so obviously they are snapped up and reserved all day so it's impossible to lie up there in peak summer heat.... The ground floor swimming pool has no sun loungers and is very small for the size of the hotel - there is a balcony area with sunbeds above it but again very little shade which is unbearable in the peak summer months when it's 32 degrees+ Location: the actual road the hotel is on is quite clean and modern with a park opposite but the beach is a long walk away (20 mins min) in the summer heat not pleasant, down hill going, up hill coming back.

Food. Its lacking options. Especially if ur Muslim or dont eat pork. Most food were made with pork. Play room schedule : could’ve been open longer!
