“Happy to revisit and good facility although disappointed on changes. Not so encouraged to revisit again”

Stayed three 10 years and 15 years ago. Disappointed in change in residents bar from a nicely furnished quiet area to a noisy cafeteria, with loud tv. Changes to spa area also not an improvement

Space room

To be improved

I think the room was missing a duvet. On the first day I had a blanket and from the second day onwards they took it away and I was left with just sheets. The sauna was not part of the hotel. I think the hotel lacked entertainment and the breakfast was nothing special. I think if I was looking for a spa hotel to relax in I wouldn't choose this one again.
