Hotel Carmen Teresa

Never having visited this part of Spain before I wasn't sure what to expect. What a treat to be greeted so warmly after a delayed flight. The hotel is way beyond all my expectations, comfortable bed,lovely balcony overlooking the garden. I went out each day and it felt like coming home. Staff were all really helpful, nothing was too much trouble and it was delightful being able to get a drink anytime at very reasonable prices. Location is great because it's very quiet with a beautiful garden if you just want to chill, or you can get the bus right outside in either direction to explore for 1.75 euros. The beach is a short walk downhill where you can hire sunbeds for euros a day with the most comfy mattresses. I enjoyed the whole experience so much I have just booked to go back for another 4days in April. Really special place, don't hesitate to go. I have nothing negative to say.

Lovely bijou hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. Hotel bar is pleasant and very competitively priced. Small pool with sun loungers and attractive side garden with stunning flowers. Close to the beach and beach side restaurants and bars. Bus stops are opposite and about 50m down the road. Benalmadena harbour and Torremolinos town centre in easy walking distance. Hotel stands back and above the main road but we had no problems with traffic noise despite having a room on the front of the hotel. Would definitely return if visiting this area.

Had a super week in this hotel . Exceptionally good value for money . Very kind and helpful staff , clean rooms and close to local shops , cafes ,bars and beach .

Lovely small hotel close to the beach and restaurants (5 min walk) Staff very welcoming and hotel clean with comfy beds. Garden/pool area pretty. (Pool very cold as it's February) Snacks and drinks available at the bar. We took a Uber to Malaga for the day which was a great day out. A lovely 21 degrees stay.

Excellent central location. Our 2nd visit, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. This hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and the lady owner is an absolute delight 😍 This hotel is not a chain hotel, it's a true authentic Spanish hotel and a true gem.

We returned home last Thursday after a two week stay at this wonderful hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor, (lift works great,) our room was so spacious with a large fitted wardrobe and plenty of space for clothing. The lady that took care of the rooms etc on 3rd floor does an amazing job, as is so lovely, the hotel is immaculate. Beds made every day and there wasn't a crease in the crisp white sheets and pillow cases ! beautiful spotlessly clean tiled floors, a lovely bathroom with a great shower, plenty of mirrors and good lighting and a good balcony. We slept very well in the comfy beds. Main road was quiet at night. As for the staff, you will find it hard not to love them, they can't do enough for you and they are so happy and friendly. If you need anything in the room they will do there best for you. Thank you Aline and all the other staff we had a lovely time and hope to be back soon. Also fantastic weather and if you get 2 wood pigeons visit you on the balcony they like Aldi digestive biscuits.
