The best

The staff was super friendly, the rooms are simple but clean. The hotel is a 15-20 min bus ride from Pamplona city center which made it a perfect place to stay during San Fermin.

“Perfect for a night stopover on a long car journey, would recommend it for precisely that!”

Very comfortable and clean. The lady on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The walk in to town was ok, quite pleasant in parts the closer in you got.

To be improved

A lift would have been helpful, as we were on the second floor with heavy luggage.

The best

The service was spectacular. All staff were extremely kind and welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience of Pamplona’s San Fermin’s festival as possible

To be improved

The location is slightly outside the city centre but there is sufficient public transport and taxis available and the walk isn’t too far.
