The best

It was very clean and the snacks/coffee and free water available for guests was very convenient. The hotel is located near the metro station which made Travelling to other areas easy and it is close to shops and lots of food in the area. We also had to check out at 11am but they let us keep our luggage there till 1am. And the staff is very friendly as well.

Everything is amazing and perfect in a good quality, Joulita ( the receptionist) is one of the best to support and helpful many thanks to her , hotel deserves 4 or 5 stars, before booking i was worried from the bad reviews, but I took the step and really didn't regret at all , location ,clean , facilities, atmosphere, the 24H buffet and kitchen are nice

To be improved

Nothing at all , just a few more lights in the room will be nice
