“As a guest who stayed at Hotel Caserio, rated 8.7 and four stars, I want to share sincere feedback that I believe can he”
As a guest who stayed at Hotel Caserio, rated 8.7 and four stars, I want to share sincere feedback that I believe can help both improve the hotel and inform future visitors. Common Areas and Cleanliness: The hotel is well-maintained in shared spaces; the kitchen and bar function smoothly, and the food is of good quality and tasty. Animators are friendly and create a pleasant atmosphere. Hygiene in common toilets and areas is satisfactory. Room: The room is spacious with an excellent view, and the number of hangers is very adequate—a strong positive. The wardrobe is old but well preserved. The TV is excellent in size and quality, though it is installed crookedly, which can cause discomfort during extended viewing. Comfort and Furnishing: A critical issue is the need to replace not only the mattress, which is old and uncomfortable, but also the pillows. The pillows likely date back to the hotel’s opening and should be replaced regularly—at least once every year or two—to maintain hygiene and guest comfort. While housekeeping ensures fresh sheets and towels, which are well managed, the mattress and pillows have clearly served their purpose and deteriorated. It is important to emphasize that renovation means more than just repainting or refreshing surfaces; it entails a complete overhaul of bathrooms and furniture to meet current comfort and hygiene standards. Bathroom: The bathroom requires the most attention. The glass sliding door is outdated, failing to provide privacy and sound isolation, while the exhaust fan is non-functional, worsening ventilation. The trash bin and power outlet in the bathroom are unsafe and need urgent repair. Visible water pipes under the sink are dirty and oxidized, and the drainage pipe is a cheap plastic accordion style instead of a proper siphon. The toilet is physically damaged, with the seat and flush tank needing immediate service to stop constant leaking.

“Most staff were professional and funny. The room's sound isolation was quite good. The food was diverse and generally good; however, you could always find something that tasted great. · Cons: Climate control was not strong enough. The usable pool was only half of the water surface (the other half was shallow).”

“Nice hotel, renovated rooms. Very clean! The view from the eighth floor is amazing! There's a sun terrace and jacuzzi on the roof. The staff is kind and helpful. There's private parking, which is paid. Breakfast and dinner are good quality and there's a wide selection.”

“Long weenkend relaxing”
The buffet breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of fresh options. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. The real highlight was the rooftop area — relaxing in the jacuzzi and soaking up the sun with a beautiful view was just perfect

“A great stay. Will definitely come back if returning to Gran Canaria!!”
The hotel was 10/10, great value for money. The pool was perfect but the water could have been warmer. The buffet style food for breakfast and dinner was simply delicious, so much variety and caters for all tastes - and all you can eat. Just perfect. They have a well kitted gym which we didn't use but saw others use.
Swimming pool was not heated. Otherwise, nothing to complain.
