“Awful, a 3 star like it’s from a 3rd world country, this is really poor.”

Nothing, absolutely nothing, the location seemed to be ok for us.

To be improved

We didn’t like a single thing, this place is run down basic things like the AC do not work & there were ants in the room. Awful beds and from a health & safety point of view they have no idea. I complained to the hotel as well as booking.com - neither helped.

Chickens and roosters walk freely near the hotel – the kids loved it! Nearby you'll find entertainment, cafés with tasty pizza, and souvenir shops with affordable prices. The atmosphere is quiet and feels like home.”

Good location.

To be improved

Staff - even not told that need to get remove control for air con and you have to pay 15 euro depozit all taken by cash . Doors just only holding on few bolts , decorations in coridors , steps broken . Pool bar even can call pool bar . No hot water had to wait to apear then disapear . Its more like 1 star than 3 stars. Very disapointent .

Very nice location (close to the beach and airport) and very helpful and friendly staff

Very outdated room. Also a noisy place at night because of thin walls. Our shower was broken. They fixed but we still have no control of the water temperature (oscillating between freezing and boiling). Then the lift was also very old, probably in need of maintenance. We also found 2 spiders as soon as we got the room. One of them was in the face towel.

“Great location, the hotel is in a great location”
The best

I liked the location as not far from beach, the airport and the centre of Palma. Cheap than other hotels on this area, staff were also friendly and had all facilities what a hotel can have.Kr Good service and atmosphere, The staff at this hotel were helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

To be improved

Cleaning, they didn’t clean the room not even sweeping the floors. Just folded the bedsheets and that’s it.
