“Solo vale la pena si no queda otra”

La localización es buena, muy céntrico y a un paso de todo.

La habitación tenía un fuerte olor a lejía (fatal para alguien con migrañas) tuve que abrir la ventana e irme durante varias horas y al volver aún olía un poco. Existen otras formas de desinfección mucho más efectivas y menos dañinas (para los humanos y el medio ambiente…) Además se notaba que no había una limpieza profunda, se hacía para “camuflar” el olor a cerrado. El baño era minúsculo, prácticamente no se podía mover uno dentro. La cortina de la ducha (primer punto a evitar en un HOTEL) estaba rota. La cama no era muy cómoda. El personal tiene una falta de empatía tremenda, además de la poca amabilidad y atención en comparación a otros hoteles de la zona. Me sorprendía no haber estado en el hotel por cercanía al trabajo y al alojarme por mi cuenta entendí por qué no me lo reservaron ellos.

“It was a trip back to the glorious past of the 80ies hotel experience. Everything was brand new from 50 years ago, but very charming. You even need to leave your room key in the reception every time you go out. Nice and attentive staff.”

“Gijón brought the perfect change of pace — lively, full of great food, and still super walkable for tired legs. After days of small towns, it was fun to land in a buzzing city with all the comforts. The stay was smooth, the bed was comfy, and it was easy to grab everything we needed (plus a little treat or two 😏). Loved having the beach nearby and soaking in that mix of urban energy and Camino spirit. A great place to recharge and enjoy the hustle without the stress.”
