The property was well positioned for access to nearby plaza mayor. It was very clean, welcoming and the staff friendly and very helpful.

To be improved

The restaurant was closed which was initially disappointing but the hotel recommended an excellent place to eat in the square.

The hotel is dated and needs TLC. I don’t understand how this has maintained a 4 star status as a hotel The entire hotel was hot - corridors, rooms, cafe area. The rooms were located on a busy road which was noisy. The breakfast that was included was sparse and not pleasant. Car park which is an additional payment (I accept this as a city) was in a very very dark underground setting.

“Comfortable hotel with great staff”
The best

The property is in a good central location with walking distance of everything in the city centre. Everything felt spotlessly clean and the staff were very courteous and friendly. My room (219) was enormous and very comfortable for my two night stay.

To be improved

The supplement to use the hotel car park is €20 per day however there is lots of free or very inexpensive parking nearby.
