We liked the sea view. Great location in Santa Cruz. There was a kitchenette. They served breakfast. Parking nearby, usually. Very big bedroom. Plenty of hot water. Good lift.

To be improved

Condition of room - many cracked tiles on floor, toilet did not flush well. Horrible badly fitting shower curtain. Very dated furniture and bathroom fittings. Tired decor. Bar closed from 3.00 pm.

The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. The Apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and we had a lovely view of the sea. The hotel is in a quiet area on the sea front. The continental buffet breakfast at 7 euros each is excellent with lots of choice. We were in La Palma as our mother had been emergency disembarked from a cruise to the hospital and the hotel was a perfect base in between visits to see her. The staff as I said before were helpful and caring which meant everything while we were dealing with such a scary situation. We are both very grateful for all their help, thank you.
