“Great hotel - highly recommend”
The best

We stayed in this hotel on the first night of our tour of the Pyrenees. The room was lovely, as were the staff. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but we did have a drink in the adjacent bar, which was great. Parking was plentiful and our breakfast overlooking the golf course was a great start to the day. We would recommend this hotel.

The best

Really great hotel. Infrastructure is really good and elegant. Rooms are very big and comfortable, including the bathroom. There are free shuttles to Pamplona center.

To be improved

Breakfast was very limited. Coffee machines old and almost broken.

No coffee or tea making facilities in the room ! Bathrobe but no slippers! Shower enclosure very slippery boarding on dangerous!!

“Not the place it was.”
The best

I last visited this hotel in June 2018 and headed my review 'Excellent hotel with exceptional staff '. Whilst the accommodation remains high quality the Veranda Restaurant has suffered a dramatic drop in quality.Little touches have disappeared and friendly cheerful staff have been replaced with surly indifferent individuals.Call me old fashioned but I would expect to be shown to my table in a four star hotel not given a vague wave in the direction of the restaurant by the Maitre D and told to sit where you want.Food was at best average. Very disappointing after a fantastic first visit.
