The best

This hotel is infested with bed bugs. Staff extremely rude. When I complained they sent Staff to room to remove bed, before the manager could see bugs to confirm so would not give me refund.

“Smalls room & uncomfortable bed”

The best

Smalls room & uncomfortable bed. They have AC but it does no work well and with the high temperature in Pamplona this August. All these mean it was hard to get a good night of sleep. It is very centrally located, however, if you would like to be on a street with many restaurants.

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is superb. Calle San Nicolas is very central and lively. They serve nice food, tapas and dinner,.themselves as well. Plus breakfast for 8. And I could just fit my bike in the sidekitchen. · Cons: Room bit old and small, you can hear a lot of noise.”

“A small hotl with lift”

The best

Close to major points, such as the bullring, the bus station and old town. Room is small and the most troule for me is the door lock, not easy to open the door. Thanks so much to the lady Esteller help me to open the door. Room is small , bed is small. As request a quiet room, it did it. Thanks.

To be improved

The door lock needs some maintenance work. A kettle for making tea is required. Sorry it doesn't .

“A good option to stay at Pamplona.”

The best

Very good location , the hotel is in the old city next to tapas bars , cafés and restaurants.It is well sound-isolated. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that we could leave our luggage at the reception before the check-in.

To be improved

We could hear talks from the room next to us but fortunately it wasn’t that annoying.
