Staff were very helpful and friendly, receiving positive remarks.
Offers a restaurant and shop, open 24/7, but busy due to truck stop atmosphere.
Restaurant received positive feedback for variety and quality of meals.
Rooms were deemed clean and comfortable, but noise was a concern.
Reasonably priced considering the amenities offered, though experiences vary.
Generally satisfying stay, especially for travelers on the Camino.
“Great Staff - Bad Hotel AC - Horrible Location - Would not Stay Again”
The entire staff was fantastic. They treated us extremely well and helped us with our bags and even stored ice for us. All of them were fantastic. Also, we liked the fact that we could get all types of foods, drinks and ice at the attached gas station, restaurant and bar. The rooms are extremely plain, but the shower worked great. The air conditioning is a whole other subject.
The beds are extremely soft and not comfortable. The air conditioning did not work at all and it was 32°C (90°F) so we had a pretty miserable night. In addition, it’s a horrible location because you can’t open the window due to the fact it is also a truck-stop, so diesel smoke would get in your room. Note the first picture that they have on Booking is a truckstop. It’s there for a reason. And even worse, if you do open the windows to try to get a cool breeze in, bees and flies come in and buzz around your ears all night. In addition, it is outside of town and off the Camino by at least a 1/2 a kilometer.
“Good location for the Camino. Comfortable room and friendly staff. · Cons: Nothing to dislike”
Good location for the Camino. Comfortable room and friendly staff.
Nothing to dislike
“Clean, comfortable, and convenient stay.”
Clean, comfortable, and good dining.
“It’s a truck stop. It’s noisy”
Nothing
Very noisy. Sounded like someone was repairing something/hammering from about 2AM to 6AM every couple of minutes
“For a truckstop the room was pretty good. I’d go elsewhere for food though.”
Comfortable quiet rooms with air conditioning. Perfect for the Camino in summer.
Dinner was awful. Chips soggy, meat tough, bread stale, flies everywhere.
“Very restful night”
Loved the fact there was air-conditioning and the location was really close to the Camino!
