We had requested dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, but we were recommended to try the other restaurants in town. We had also requested the hotel to arrange for us a tour of the Midevil Wine Caverns, but we were just given info to make the contact ourselves.

Excellent location, views from the tower!

To be improved

Room was comfortable but a bit tired and lighting was poor. Breakfasts were limited but OK except on the last morning when a couple of things we had the previous 2 mornings were absent - fresh melon & croissants and the coffee was luke warm.

Fine building in fascinating walled town. Welcoming and helpful staff

Breakfast was moderate for the price. Parking is a problem at busy times. There is no easy close place to drop off luggage. Probably not a good place for anyone with restricted mobility
