The best
The hotel has very good location, it is easily reachable from every popular destination. It has breathtaking views on a Balearic Sea. Rooms are very clean, lobby is so calming and relaxing. Writing about their pool would be endless, it is amazing. I used pool bar where drinks and food are mouthwatering.
To be improved
The only problem of this property is staff. They used to behave like robots, answering questions with "copy-paste" replies, nothing more. We cannot call it "helpful staff", because answering frequently asked questions that brings money to them is not helping. I can remember a lady in breakfast area, who took my door card from the table I was going to have breakfast and replaced it to another table. She said she wanted that table for other guests. After I asked her, if she would do the same if she saw me already eating, so in the process of eating, she said no. Reception staff is not helpful, they have fake smile, fake appearance of being helpful. They saw me I proceeded hotel at 07:30 AM, very tired and exhausted, waiting on a couch in a lobby for hours, they did not offer breakfast for free and asked for 18 EUR, whereas many hotels let me have a breakfast for free, even if there is 1-2 hours left to check-in. I had already sent a question via booking, did it during reserving, but they did not answer, because answering "YES" would be equal of loss of 18 EUR and "NO" would publish their real face. They do not do anything for you if you do not pay, except calling taxi that every hotels do and giving you a key card for your room. After check-out I had 2 hours free and decided to reach airport by bus, not taxi. I asked the reception if I could pay contactless in public buses, they told me I could not, it was only cash. Just because I had and always have money on a card, I asked them I would pay by card to give me 5 EUR, they said no. 3.60 EUR was the price and yes, I paid by card in a bus, so they gave me false information. What do we call "helpful"? Helpful behaviors and needed when we need something, not using already paid services. So, be sure, this staff are not for you, they are only for themselves.
