To be improved

The shower was very poor: it took ages for the water to get hot enough to use. The shower head didn’t work correctly: spurting off at right angles almost impossible to use. The shower tray flooded over onto the bathroom and when I approached the staff (on two occasions) no action was taken. The Pillows were totally inadequate. If the hotel is prepared to take bookings from English speaking countries having staff able to speak good English would help.

“Comfortable bed & double window. Peaceful stay. Lady at the reception very friendly. · Cons: The bathroom needs tlc (shower & toilet), cleaned properly & unblock sinks and shower & the sheets don't fit the bed. Toilet flash sticks inside. Windows needs to be deeply cleaning.”

“Staff were super helpful and very friendly. Luggage storage was available. Great view from terrace on roof. Bus stop was just a couple of blocks away. Not far from the beach, but downhill with a lot of steps so choose appropriate footwear. The room was clean and spacious.”
