“Spacious room. The city is very walkable and location was good. The ground floor of the hotel is a popular bar/café open all day (and the back half is a dinner restaurant). · Cons: Avoid the breakfast. For a 3 star hotel I was surprised to have to provide my own shampoo. Some questionable stains on the wall.”

I recently stayed at this property expecting a hotel experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be far from what was advertised. What was sold as a 1-bedroom hotel apartment was essentially a basic residential unit with none of the standard hotel services you’d expect. There was no housekeeping, no toiletries provided, and no daily room make-up – even basic amenities were missing. The most frustrating part was the lack of proper reception service. There was no dedicated receptionist available to assist, especially during weekends. Instead, bar staff were expected to double up as reception attendants, leading to confusion and communication issues due to language barriers. It felt completely unprofessional and unorganized. The room itself was quite cramped. The kitchen had dirty cutlery left from previous guests, which is unacceptable in any accommodation setting. Overall cleanliness and maintenance were clearly not a priority. In summary, this stay was disappointing. If you’re looking for a true hotel experience with support, cleanliness, and basic amenities, I would recommend booking either rooms in the hotel itself or looking elsewhere as apartment is not connected to the hotel building and every-time for any help you need to walk behind the street since back door access to hotel is shut. Overall the hotel is priced very high but fails to justify any value for the money except for its location.

“Avoid this hotel!”

Staff are rude and unhelpful, made us feel like we were in the way and not welcome. We had booked two rooms as a family of 5, neither room had windows apart from a tiny velux style thst didnt open, no natural light made the room feel like a cave. All of us were bitten in what we highly suspect were bed bugs. Look elsewhere in burgos, I would never stay here again, massively over priced!

“Disappointing”

Positives: Fridge, Air con, Bed comfy, Good shower Location is central, but area is quite run down. Our window overlooked a derelict building full of pigeons. Overpriced for the quality of rooms. The shower screen is inadequate and the floor floods. No kettle. WiFi really poor. Staff are unfriendly and at times quite aggressive. Wouldn’t even let me fill up a child’s water bottle with plain water at the breakfast buffet. Do not recommend. Would not stay here again.
