Location, excellent right in the historic part of the city. Room very nice, air conditioning excellent and spotless. Everything there that you needed. Didn't have breakfast only because there was a excellent bakery meters away from the hotel.

We did a lot of research about where to stay in this city and made a great decision by choosing this place. From the moment you check in you feel welcome and valued and we had a very comfortable one night stay there. We were greeted by Adriana on Reception who was wonderful. Helpful, professional and great fun she is a fantastic front of house for the hotel. The location is perfect and right in the centre of things. We had a 1 km walk from the bus station but the hotel has on-site parking very close by. To be honest, the room was quite small but as we were only there for one it didn't matter the space was very well used on the bathroom particularly nice. You had everything you needed in there including a safe, good air conditioning which is important, and a comfortable bed. We also chose a Terrace room which was fantastic and really made our day special as we use the balcony loads. We were room only so I can't comment on the food but a nice touch is that you are given a voucher for a welcome drink which turned out to be a delicious rum punch made specially for us. we enjoyed these out at the tables on the street watching the locals go about their business. The Wi-Fi was very good for the most part although it didn't really reach the terrace which was no big deal. It is free and easy to login into. Overall we had a fabulous stay in this place and wouldn't hesitate to return should we get the opportunity to do so.

This hotel was excellent in terms of location, could not be anymore central. Was spotlessly clean and reception staff very friendly and accommodating, also allowed us an 11.30am check in at mo extra cost as the room was ready. The room was quite compact and more basic than what we’re used to, but perfect for a 2 night stay and given the central location a fair compromise. We had quite a spacious terrace also which is a good trade off for the size of the room. Breakfast was probably not to our taste as didn’t really have a choice of cooked eggs or bacon, although plenty of choice overall in terms of fruit, cereal, pastries, yoghurt, etc. Overall a nice hotel and would definately stay again and recommend to others.

We received a warm welcome on check in and were offered free cocktails on our first evening (very nice). The room was clean and spacious. We were a party of three and had three large single beds. The air con was fantastic and the shower clean. Free refrigerated water and tea and coffee were provided in the room. Having read some dubious reviews of breakfast we were in two minds about accepting the early booking offer of €7 each but did. It was the right choice. The selection was fantastic. If you want a full English then go somewhere else but if unlimited breads, cheeses, meats, yogurts, smoothies, fresh fruits, juices, pastries and the biggest build your own muesli station I have ever seen are your thing then it’s wonderful (see photos). The hotel is centrally located and perfect for sightseeing and all the nearby bars, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

The central location is good and it was very clean in the room with coffee machine in room.
