The best

Staff was unbelievably friendly and available to answer any questions. On a side note; my wife and I also like to add a fun request to our stays. For this stay our request was for a picture of Henry Cavill and a box of chocolates on the night stand. We booked this trip 7 months in advance and forgot about it and were laughing when we saw gorgeous Henry staring right back at us when we entered the room. Also a handwritten note from the staff about our request. I like to think the staff enjoyed the request more than we did :)

The Hotel is absolutely amazing. Perfect location, beautiful building. The room was magnificent and the breakfast very generous. The staff was very helpful And Segovia is a great places to visit!
