I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The receptionist was unprofessional and treated me with a lack of respect upon arrival. The room I was given was extremely small and nothing like what was shown in the pictures.

Close to the city centre. Only 15 min on foot to the port.

To be improved

No air conditioning! When asked at the reception to switch AC on, I was told that there is no AC in the whole hotel till 31st May due to "winter season". Really? 28deg outside, full sunny day, and I felt like it was 30 deg inside the room. The only thing we could do is that we opened the window overnight. Funny thing: at the breakfast hall there was AC working...

Just a little walk needed to the area of town by the many fabulous outlet shopping!
