Hotel Chatur Palmera Mar

It was extremely dated. The bath had a huge crack in it, which made the water from the shower pour over the bathroom floor. There were no plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses. There was no kitchenette. The pool bar was extremely limited and closed at 17.30. We had a cheese/ham toastie which was barely warm, let alone hot. There was no bar to get an evening drink. No restaurant if you wanted to stay local for a meal. It certainly wasn’t worth £205 a night and certainly would not recommend.

1. Sleeping Couch: The sleeping couch provided was extremely uncomfortable, with a rock-hard surface that made it difficult for me to sleep well, disrupting my rest throughout our stay. 2. Internet: The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, which made it practically unusable for my teenage son, who needed a stable connection for schoolwork and leisure. And including me as I was working a few days remote during our stay. 3. Pool: The hotel pool was freezing, making it impossible for us to use it during our stay. This was a major disappointment, as we had hoped to enjoy the facilities during our vacation. 4. Bathroom Issues: We discovered ants in the bathroom, which raised concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Given the significant cost of our stay, we were expecting a much higher standard of comfort and service. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, the issues mentioned above greatly impacted our overall experience, leaving us feeling that the value did not reflect the price we paid.

Cleaners don’t clean rooms properly. Stayed 6days, never removed hair from shower, never clean dusts from a furniture, balcony floors haven’t been clean in 6 days. Super wiser should check how they work.
