“The breakfasts were a good – fresh vegetables and fruits. The pool area is very nice, with separate zones for kids and adults (shallow and deeper areas). There are plenty of sun loungers and even a bar by the pool. On days when the sea was rough or windy, staying by the pool was the perfect alternative. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but still close to shops, cafes, and nightlife – just a short walk away. The room was modern and nicely renovated, and I especially appreciated having a balcony. · Cons: the experience was mixed. The reception staff varied – some were helpful, others not so much, which made check-in and inquiries a bit frustrating. We had booked a room for three people and clearly stated this in advance, but upon arrival there was only one set of bedding provided. We had to go and ask for the additional sets ourselves, which was inconvenient after a long journey. The hotel description mentioned that a safe was included among the room amenities. However, it turned out to be a paid service and operated with a key – which we also had to request separately, as it wasn’t offered initially. Our room was located on the basement level (-1 floor), and there was a noticeable sewage smell in the hallway, which was quite unpleasant. The bathroom had a shower cabin that didn’t close properly – or at all – so after each shower, water spread all over the bathroom floor. If several people shower one after another (like a family), water easily reaches the sleeping area. We had to use towels to mop it up, and it’s quite possible those towels will end up being reused for guests to dry off with, which is very unhygienic. Also, on the day of check-out (which was clearly stated as being by 12:00), we returned from the beach around 11:00 only to find that our key card no longer worked – we were locked out of our room with all our belongings still inside. We had to go to reception and ask why we couldn’t access our room, and eventually someone opened it for us using a staff key. This was stressful and unprofessional.”
