The best

Beautiful location with mountain views and a river nearby. We ate a lovely dinner of chicken and veggies at the on site restaurant.

To be improved

The breakfast could have been a bit more "elaborate" for €8 - it was mainly toast and cereal, but we did appreciate the soy milk option :). The room had a fan but it was really quite hot and a bit uncomfortable without aircon.

“Wonderful staff and food”
The best

Efficient helpful friendly staff. Excellent service and very good reasonably priced food. Menu in French Spanish and English. Bedroom small. Bathroom clean.

To be improved

Poor WiFi. Bath/Shower MUST have an effective, non-slip, mat available.

“Nice Hotel close by Ainsa and Bielsa”
The best

Good location, easy to arrive and to park. Close to Ainsa and to Bielsa. The hotel has a restaurant which is quite nice after long days hiking. It was clean and the in good conidtions. The hotel is close to the mountain and the river and the views are great!

To be improved

Breakfast is offered but start at 8am. It is not a big deal but sometime you want to leave earlier for hiking, specially if you need to drive to the other valleys such as Ordesa.

“Set just outside the small town of Escalona this lovely hotel has the perfect setting surrounded by mountains and the sounds of the Cinca river drifting into the room. The rooms look recently renovated with modern timber finishes. Our room had a balcony looking out to the mountains. It was very clean and modern with a good ensuite and a very comfortable bed. It was very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a good dinner in the restaurant and a good complementary breakfast was served in the morning. It was excellent value for the price. · Cons: Nothing.”
