Hotel Cisneros

Clean bedrooms, comfortable beds, good bathroom and nice staff.

The hotel was easy to find, there was free secure outside parking or a small charge for underground parking. Check in was straightforward and quick. The bedroom was clean , spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel had a restaurant, we took the short walk into a very pleasant and historic town with a good selection of restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. All the staff were very professional and friendly.

Everything was great - clean, quiet, comfortable! Everyone was ready to help, they assisted us with a taxi, with renting an apartment, and buying a sim card - I cannot recommend them enough!

The Hotel Cisneros is a small, cozy establishment 20 minutes away from the city center on foot, and the neighborhood is very quiet most of the time. The other guests were also very quiet, most of the time. This makes the hotel ideal for a quiet stay with the family. The staff is welcoming and generously helpful in meeting all our needs - for example, receptionists boiled water for tea and warmed our food for us late at night, when the restaurant was already closed. The hotel's restaurant offers a good breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. They do offer lunch and dinner as well, but we didn't have an opportunity to check them out. We rented rooms with double beds. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the bathrooms are in excellent condition. The terraces were large and private, very pleasant for having a meal or just chilling. All in all, it's a quiet, comfortable and pleasant experience and an excellent value for the money.
