Very hot and the air conditioning didn't work. The reception person didn't seem to believe me when told him - and I had to endure trying to sleep in 20C heat!! The following day the hotel realised the air-con was broken and brought up fans - which only helped a bit. I had breakfast on the first day. The Manager at breakfast would not let me take an apple and an orange out of the dining area to eat later, even though (for the money I paid) I only had a croissant and a cup of coffee! The following morning they gave everyone a free breakfast because of the air-con problem; however, I was not informed until almost checkout time... I didin't have breakfast that day, so asked for a refund for the day before - but they would not allow that, even though the air-con was broken on our arrival!!
