“Wonderful”

The best

The location allowed us to walk everywhere and enjoy seeing the city. The breakfast had a great selection that and the orange juice was the best we’ve ever experienced! Great machine :) And our room was very comfortable and the darkening shades were amazing and helped us recover from jet lag! The folks attending the front desk were awesome — we can’t say enough about there genuine kindness!

“It was a pretty location, close to the water and very convenient for people taking the ferry! · Cons: The air conditioner didn’t work as well as I hoped. It may have been broken, but I wasn’t confident enough in my Spanish abilities to try troubleshooting”

“Comfortable and well appointed Hotel”

The best

We pulled up to the parking spot at the front door. Walked in and was greeted right away. The parking is limited on site. But a very short walk we were able to park in the public parking garage. The hotel sits at the Marina. There was a seafood festival happening that night. We had so much fun. The room was wonderful. The bathroom was huge. We didn’t get any outside or hallway noise. The view from our room was pleasant.

“Hotel quiet and convenient but customer service disappointing.”

The hotel is in handy location for walking around, the rooms are a bit outdated but perfectly functional. Unfortunately just when we were came back from dinner when going to bed discovered bathroom floor was flooded - water coming from ceiling above so we had to move to another room. Had thought we might at least have got a free breakfast for the inconvenience but not even an apology on checking out.

“Do not stay here if arriving by motorcycle !!!!”

Four star hotel location was great. Near the beach front and restaurants and bars

Staff greeting was confrontational and rude. We arrived on three expensive motorcycles so always choose secure parking. Two members of staff were on reception: Sheila and Montesy. Sheila was very pleasant and said unfortunately the underground parking was full to day and directed to a nearby carpark. Montesy was not pleasant and demanded at once to remove our motorcycles from the front of the hotel. It nearly rose to a shouting match on her side but I reminded her we had 10 minutes to unload our luggage. I have been booking motorcycle trips in Spain and Portugal for small groups for 15 years, hence Genius level 3. Guess where I will not be booking next year!!!!!
