“Pleasant enough but not for us again”
The best

No breakfast, restaurant remained steadfastly closed for the duration of our stay. Bedroom was apart from overlooking what looked link a scrap metal yard. Beds were okay.

To be improved

Restaurant not open for guests, breakfast?? Getting fed on a Saturday in Carlet is impossible. Disgusting place.

“We didn’t stay, it was no more than a hostile”

The place was locked when we arrived, not as advertised, no restaurant, we just wanted a bed and a meal for the night, web site gave us those answers, on arrival we were not welcomed and we decided not to stay, the receptionist looked miserable and unclean we left in disgusted on having to find another hotel for the night. Not want you want when you’ve been travelling for three days.

“The hotel is close to the motorway. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. · Cons: The hotel seemed to be closed when we came and there was no service. We were told that breakfast was not available until 8.30, and when we came down 8.20 there was no activity so we decided to leave without any.”

“Cons: The staff was very rude and was impossible to sleep due to the very loud party inside the room and the staff did nothing about it. When the noisy group of finally left at 8 in the morning the staff started the cleaning and moving the furniture around cruising very loud noise. Worst hotel I ever been and I strongly don't recommend to anyone!!”
