“We had two rooms and they didn't put us together. We were in totally different areas of the hotel. One room was nice by the garden and the other room was so loud and small by the elevators. We asked to be switched several times in order to be closer to our kids and there was no effort in this. Also no discount for the inconvenience. I cannot recommend this hotel. · Cons: I think it was not a 4 star hotel in US standards. Also one room was fine but the other was definitely not a four star hotel.”

Location is excellent! Right on the beach. Short taxi ride into central Palma.

Breakfast is very basic. Pool very small. Lots of guests putting towels on Sumner’s and disappearing for 5 hours
