“Spend some Money ES TALIAL”

The location is great, very welcoming staff, the room was spacious but unfortunately our balcony looked down onto a skip and a pile of dirty mattresses. Kids entertainment likely. Adults rooftop area very good overall with nice bar.

To be improved

This hotel needs a major deep clean and over haul, painting is needed outside, pools already have green marks all round. Planks on big stage are lifted and so dangerous for kids. Everything looks tatty. Dustbins emptied but just left dirty. I had to ask twice at reception for the room to be serviced after 3 days and was presented with the rota. I m on holiday, not really interested, just want my room cleaned. The restaurant food is ok, breakfast good, lunch good, evening like a mad house, food everywhere and very noisy (and I love kids!) Our room was a good size but we were on the back service road. Below our balcony was a skip full of rubbish and dirty mattresses and more to the side. There is also loads of litter at the back of ball court at dustbins. No one wants that view on holiday! There are a lot of managers walking around so come on, get it sorted, you re only 6 weeks into the season. We stayed here 3 years ago with our grand children and it was so good. Standards have dropped. Unfortunately couldn't return unless you follow Club Martha's example and spend some money and wow, what a beautiful place. Have stayed there too and the improvements make the difference. Good luck all!

“Hotel Club Es Deposit (need a desposit for everything!)”

Facilities, staff & entertainment great, especially for kids. This property has a lot of potential and has great outdoor areas. Walking in you could argue this could strive for a 4*.

To be improved

Not much food choice options - same every night. More importantly, very unclean. Felt very dirty the entire time and clothes absolutely smelt from the water. Cockroaches in the room on two occasions and water is incredibly salty - can’t brush your teeth and a showering is a difficult task with the salt water in your eyes and lips.

“Great value and good for a short vacation.”

The food was very good and tasty, lots of variety throughout four days. The room was nice and big, the bed was comfortable.

To be improved

The air in the room was really moist. The overall premises is very slippery, saw many people fall because of it. The kids playground needs maintenance and has some dangers to it. The mini-disco was too loud. Overall impressions of the premises and the room is that it is a bit tired and needs a proper renovation.

“pleasant short stay in Mallorca”

nice family resort located close to the beach the reception is very nice and spacious, and the staff is amazing, helpful and ready to help anytime all inclusive meal option was very nice, we didn't miss anything, though we travelled in May and it was already crowded in the canteen we booked an apartment - it was 2 min walk from reception - located on the 2nd floor - no elevator, only stairs apartment was spacious, furniture and appliances were outdated, but nice clean

outdated TV and appliences very bad coffee - but that was a general issue in all 3 hotels we stayed in Mallorca kids zone - well - no toys, old furniture, the fence was easy to be exceeded by kids - I think that is a shame for family resort

“The 2 bedrooms apartment is big enough and the facilities in the room worked well, microwave, refrigerator… 3 mins walk to Calo d’es Pou, which is the nearest beach, and 10 mins walk to Cala egos. We can see the magnificent sea view from our balcony, just enjoy the beautiful sea view of Mediterranean. · Cons: Mobile phone signal is weak in the room, and wifi speed is a little bit slow, always lag when watching videos.”
