The best

i would not advise you to visit this hotel if you value your security and safety. Particularly if you are a femail. (this is not a reflection on the staff but on the management who refused to take a potentially serious safety issue seriously. very sad)

“Excellent hotel in quiet location close to the centre”

The best

We spent four nights in this very good hotel located in a quiet up market residential area within 10 minutes walk from the centre.Unfortunately there was a mix up with the allocation of our room on arrival however this was resolved fairly quickly.We stayed in a suite with a decent sized balcony overlooking the delightful pool which we couldn’t use as the weather was poor.The room was large,well equipped with a very comfortable bed and spacious seating area.The breakfasts were adequate with a good choice of hot and cold.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

“Lovely staff.”

The best

Very good hotel. Good location within one block of a fantastic city park which is well worth a stroll. Hotel rooms very clean, well serviced. All staff very helpful and friendly, particularly Kevin on reception. Free town maps available. Good restaurants not far away, bus stops just along the road. There is a pool outside but we didn't have time to take a dip but it looked OK. Breakfast very comprehensive nice to see bottles of Cava available. I would recommend this place and certainly stay here again.

“Don't pay for meals inside the hotel, the breakfast is good for a 2 star hotel”

This for a 4 start hotel, has very poor breakfast buffet, all basic and cheap, the lowest quaity available, example, fruits yes, bananas and oranges, I tried plumbs and all were rotten...cold meat of the lowest quality chesses the same, this is no 4 star hotel

“Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the 4-Star Price”

Unfortunately, this hotel was disappointing. While it charges 4-star prices, the amenities and overall standard are closer to a 3-star hotel. The property is in need of updating. Some rooms have been redecorated, but some not, so don’t be misled by the room photos when booking. I booked based on the pictures shown, and it was very disappointing to receive an old, tired room with an unpleasant smell. I complained about this, and after some time I was moved—first to a disabled room for one night, and then the next day to another room that was slightly better, with nicer furniture. While this improved the situation somewhat, having to move rooms twice was very inconvenient and frustrating. Most of the staff were helpful and handled the issue reasonably well although one staff member (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was rude and unprofessional. I understand the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t offer a better room immediately, but it raises the question of why these old, tired, and smelly rooms are still being sold at all. The pool and garden area were nice, although it’s worth bearing in mind that the hotel is located next to a busy road. The food was good and offered decent variety and the restaurant staff were nice and friendly. Overall, despite some positives, I wouldn’t stay here again, at least not for the price they charge. I’d also like to add that I don’t usually complain about hotels, I’ve stayed in lower-standard accommodations before, but in those cases I knew what to expect. This stay was particularly disappointing because the hotel looked great in the photos and had good reviews, which set expectations that were not met.
