The location was great. It's walking distance to downtown Alcala de Henares so there's lots of restaurants and a big Carrefour grocery store which is great for snacks, wine, and cava that is nearby. Overall it's a nice hotel for a few nights.

To be improved

The beds were a little hard, not much of a mattress but it was doable. The room was a little dark. Our room was street facing so early in the morning we could hear everything. The breakfast is not in the hotel, but it was only a few minutes walk away.

“The hotel was great for me as it was close to my son. I knew it didn't have tea and coffee facilities in the room but that would be really nice especially as breakfast is off site. The room was lovely and dark so I slept well however the bed was quite small. Staff were very friendly even with my limited Spanish.”
