The thermostat for the air conditioner wasn’t working properly and we had to call each time we wanted it adjusted. I would have been happier if the offered to change rooms or attempted to help with a solution.

The best

The room was very spacious and we had a small juliet balcony looking out onto the street/harbour. The staff were very friendly and accomodating and supported us with parking and storing our bags. Its in a great location, walking distance to the harbour, restaurants and the start of the Camino Portugues in Vigo which was great.

To be improved

It was kind of noisy in the room with hearing other people coming and going down the hallways, shutting doors, etc. but otherwise it was a great hotel
