“Average, wouldn’t recommend”
The best

Cleanliness was not bad, door to the bathroom is made of glass right near the bed, which wasn’t great. The beds were awful, stayed there for 2 nights, couldn’t wait to leave. Worst night sleep. Receptionists were friendly. Overall would not recommend.

The best

Very clean - very personable - they will go the extra mile for you. The front desk reception gentlemen were so pleasant and accomodating - email printing, wine glasses, bottled water. Great shower and bed was comfortable - room is small but like most hotels in Europe you were only there to sleep and shower as you MUST explore the city - so a view is not a requirement. Housekeeping was done on a daily basis.

Great hotel , friendly and attentive staff , lovely continental breakfast , rooms are spotlessly clean , recommend room 703 superior room with roof top terrace , great little cafe next door for coffee and cakes
