“Poor service”
The best

Not the hotel so can’t comment but the cafe bar on the Main Street .Went in to get some drinks.The servers served 3 customers before me even though he acknowledged me . Ended up walking out very annoyed. Served all the locals and ignored the English tourists not good .

The staff were soo friendly and helpful especially the receptionist Oksana who was just soo helpful and went above and beyond to help you.

“Bilbao one night stay”
The best

Fantastic location - approx 10-15 mins walk to so many things: rail station, Guggenheim, old town and river boat tour! Main entrance to hotel located few steps down but also has ramp for easy access. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had back “courtyard” room so while no view, totally quiet. Very comfortable bed/room and good value. All in all great spot!!

Good hotel in a great location, ten minutes walk from the Old Town, but with great transport links via Tram over the Zubizurri bridge.
