For a 2 STAR Hotel the room was exceptional. And catered for my needs as I was out most days sightseeing around the beautiful city Barcelona and surrounds

“Uncomfortable stay”

We booked two family rooms directly on the hotel’s website with a Bed & Breakfast rate, but we never received a proper confirmation with the booking details. Upon arrival, the hotel claimed our reservation was “Room Only”, even though we never selected that option. The email they later forwarded as “confirmation” had never been sent to us and contained no valid booking information. Staff were often unhelpful and at times rude, which made our stay uncomfortable. We have already filed an official complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC). Sadly, we cannot recommend this hotel.

“Nice small hotel in great Central Barca location”
The best

Great location, great price and far better than hotel rating. Room with a balcony and couldn't get much more central. Definitely would recommend the hotel.

“Midtown Haven just off the Diagonal”
The best

The NH Hotel Constanza is ideally located in the centre of Barcelona. The hotel provides a calm retreat in one of the busiest areas of the city. Staff are attentive, efficient and ready to smile! I felt I had good value during my stay.
