“Nice architecture of the buildings and decor. Good and friendly dinner place La Braserie. Good beds · Cons: Windows were as dirty as you can imagine. Furtniture used and old. One of our wash bassin on the bathroom was not connected with the sink/pipe - which means that water was just flowing on the floor... they repaired it once called but it shows how negligent they are., A/C was not working properly AND it was switched off for the night - this could be fine as it is high in the mountains with fresh nights IF there were windows to be opened. Our room had around 6m wide windows (all dirty) and only 1 small of 30cm could be open. We had 26 degrees during the night in the room... Reception is 200m away from the buidling, with parking being another 200-500m away it means that you really walk a lot with your luggage. People at the reception not very helpful - in the area of several huge buildings, size of several gootball pitches they did not have a single place to store our bicycles...”

Great location. Lovely food.

Check in staff were rude, everything was overpriced probably because you are a captive audience almost every member of staff was miserable. The hotel is in need of a refurb as it’s tired, beds were clean but rooms a worn.
