“Location. Was good for me”
The best

Smoking outside tables smoke drifting into breakfast rooms and lobby. Breakfast buffet was ok but 24hr buffet was not good, didn't want to get food poisoning. Need to improve.

“Perfect location with small family to explore the Barcelona”
The best

its very good location , very near from much touristic places . we are like the 24 hours access to food lounge . its like buffet, have everything salads, Fruits , deserts, frozen yogurt. For family with children its very helpful. Its very beautiful reception . Like sitting in the classic palace .

To be improved

My rooms come without balcony with view closed as back yard . celling very low may be 2 meter high. In the rooms no give water , not give anything as in another hotel basic necessity .

I liked the location, the staff were very friendly and the decor was interesting. It was classical with a bit of modern.

To be improved

The stairs at the entrance, it would be nice if they put a ramp to haul the luggage up to the elevator.
