The staff were excellent and the hotel location was great. Also free chilled water and coffee 24/7 in reception was a lovely touch.

To be improved

Our room wasn’t ideal. It was very small with literally no view. There was a window which had been covered, which looked out directly on to equipment. As tourists a view would have been nice or at least told in advance that this was the case.

Everything was great. Friendly staff. Very comfortable room. Location was ideal

The only small complaint is the green exit light in the room. It's too bright a light and the room then isn't dark enough at night. I am not a fan of an eye mask

In a handy location with plenty of parking around (chargeable) it was clean and well equipped

To be improved

The property does not have a/c so you have to open windows, the problem with that is at night it gets very noisy. It is situated above bars and a nightclub which are open until 4 or 5 in the morning so if you have the windows open to stay cool, you cannot sleep for the noise. Very frustrating because apart from that the apartment is very good
