“Location is great but don’t expect much”
The best

The property was in a very good location and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lift was very handy however quite small.

To be improved

Our bathroom was dirty there were hair on the floor and in the toilet. One of our towels had a weird yellow stain and on our second stay our sponge in the shower was covered in the same yellow stuff. The room was small and there were renovations next door very unpleasant

The best

It was pretty dirty and there were a lot of noose coming from the pipe-system and the elevator. The floor the mattress and the bathtub were all dirty. We could not even stay at this property

The whole property was a mess. The receptions had nothing to do other than saying sorry

“it was cheap when i brought it. Room was neat and clean · Cons: We couldn’t really sleep between 7 and 10 a.m. because the housekeeper was vacuuming in the next room. The walls are very thin, so we could clearly hear the noise. It was very annoying. Also, the floor was cold, and we were not given any slippers.”

A very noisy rooms even after midnight, no kindness or at least a basic customer services demeanor from receptionist named Alexandra, a ver rude person.
