“Central location, friendly and helpful staff”
The best

Location was central and easy to get to from the metro. Breakfast was fantastic with a good variety. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. 10 minute walk from Plaza Mayor. Room aircon worked well.

To be improved

There did not appear to be aircon working in passageways. Apart from that everything I experienced at the hotel was perfect.

Somehow the hotel failed to give any of the 3 rooms we booked a double bed despite specifically asking on the booking a week before. They claimed there were no other rooms. Annoying when I was spending a lot booking 3 rooms.
